ASHI training programs are recognised, accepted and approved by, or meet the requirements of, nearly 2,400 state regulatory agencies, occupational licensing boards, national associations, commissions and councils in more than 120 occupations and professions.
Certification by ASHI is generally accepted as valid and equivalent to similar certification given by the American Red Cross or American Heart Association in CPR and First Aid. Certification training programs include CPR and AED, Emergency Medical Responder, Basic Life Support, and Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
